Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years aviation experience preferably in aircraft completions or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the outfitting definition process to minimize delivery exceptions and maintain schedule.
• Present and explain the outfitting steps to owners or delegates and establish milestones for timely responses.
• Translate mission requirements into a Completion Package aligned with offerings, regulations, and content.
• Prepare the Completion Package for engineering, fabrication, and delivery with contractual integrity.
• Present a Completion Package to the owner that reflects the floor plan and outfitting preferences within constraints.
• Collaborate with finance to develop accurate quotations and pricing and document communications.
• Conduct Completion Package reviews (PDR, DDR, and Project Review) and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Support during customer inspection and aircraft acceptance phase and manage post-approval changes.
