ERMC Aviation is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily airport operations in Alcoa, TN. Responsibilities include resolving employee issues, coordinating with the Station Manager, and leading shift meetings while enforcing safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires US work authorization, government ID, and the ability to obtain an airport security badge. Part-time benefits are available, with options for full-time benefits and discounted flight benefits throughUnifi.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
