Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an Aircraft Avionics Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and monitor complex electrical systems in aircraft jamming pods for NTWL at Patuxent River, MD.

The role requires precision, safety commitment, and ability to interpret complex technical data, with travel under 10% and a requirement to obtain a Secret security clearance. High school diploma or GED is required, and prior NAVAIR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Electrical theory knowledge and ability to work with aircraft-unique tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical data.
• Experience or familiarity with aircraft electronic warfare components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on aircraft jamming pods and related systems.
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to execute precise repairs.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory procedures in maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accountability for tools and equipment and ensure 100% cleanliness.
• Support program requirements and training qualifications as needed.
• Travel less than 10% to detachments and other sites.
