The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to drawings, and maintaining organized work areas. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years related manufacturing experience or training.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools and fixtures according to drawings.
• Install, inspect, and fit parts for proper alignment and performance.
• Manage scheduling and takt time within the assembly area.
• Follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and document build instructions.
