Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Production Technician for composites or assembly in Duluth, MN. You will learn to use a variety of hand tools and pneumatic fixtures to assemble parts, while maintaining flexible and adaptable skills and learning new techniques as needed.

The role emphasizes following engineering drawings, careful inspection and accurate documentation, with a focus on quality and safety in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience, education and/or training required.
• Experience in various manufacturing contexts and familiarity with basic tools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft components following engineering drawings and specs.
• Install components for fit, clearance, alignment and performance.
• Operate hand tools and fixtures, maintain clean and organized workstation.
• Support conditioning, bonding, drilling and fastening tasks per instructions.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
