Job summary

Calvert Systems Engineering, Incorporated, headquartered in Bellevue, Nebraska, seeks an Airborne Command & Control Training Support professional to guide the development, implementation, and assessment of aircrew training programs for E-3, E-7, and E-11 systems. You will coordinate with ACC TRSS Det 6/7 to review syllabi and manage IQT, MQT, RQT, and CT training.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• US citizenship required for clearance eligibility
• 8 years USAF or comparable flight experience or 4 years HQ staff with related programs
• 4 years training program management and evaluation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning, establishment and implementation of E-3, E-7, E-11 training programs
• Support RAP, PFT, IQT programs ensuring compliance with directives
• Review SIllabi for IQT/MQT/RQT/CT and conduct annual risk reviews
• Develop metrics to assess program effectiveness and provide leadership reports
• Document requirements, deficiencies, and solutions for training programs
• Assist FAMs with training device management and concurrency recommendations
• Analyze capabilities and define operational training needs and solutions
• Coordinate with MAJCOM/HAF to meet training objectives
• Support PMR and advise on A3C position and funding
• Coordinate sourcing for exercise planning with leadership
• Incorporate emerging technologies (VR, simulation) to improve proficiency and reduce costs
• Advise on doctrine, processes, and manning; maintain annual milestone calendar
