Calvert Systems is seeking a Mission Systems SME based in Bellevue, NE to provide expert support for SAOC WS training system development, design and validation. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and extensive E-4B flight experience along with leadership in flight management and operational procedures.

You will attend customer meetings, support training system development and testing, and guide workstation usage within secure communication networks. Travel up to 10% CONUS as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
• Minimum of five (5) years of flight experience specifically on the E-4B aircraft
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or flight management experience including flight ops, scheduling, and airspace use
• Proficiency with USAF operational/test instructions, and FAA policies/regulations
• Experience with Ground and/or flight OT&E preferred
• Familiarity with mission planning tools and software (Foreflight, ARINC, JUMPS)

Responsabilidades

• Support SAOC WS working groups and meetings
• Travel to attend in-person meetings related to SAOC WS development, design and maintainability
• Configure and employ secure and non-secure communication systems on E-4B
• Provide guidance on workstation utilization and operational tempos
• Assist in testing for training and related activities
• Serve as SME for standardization of training, policies, and procedures
