Job summary

Calvert Systems is seeking a Mid-Grade Policies and Concepts Specialist for Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE. The role provides subject matter expertise in conducting systems analysis, systems engineering, and risk management to identify future concepts and architectures.

The position requires Top Secret/SCI clearance on day one, US citizenship, and 5+ years of NC2/NC3 experience, with ability to coordinate with CJCS and USSTRATCOM guidance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; but not required.
• Must be eligible to obtain NC2-ESO, NATO and SAR.
• Minimum of 5 years of NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, including survivable NC2/NC3 capabilities and CJCS guidance.
• Minimum of 3 years developing CONOPS/OPLANS/OPORDs at high-level DoD stages.
• Minimum of 3 years staffing complex packages and adjudicating content.
• Experience in NC2/NC3 forums and related groups.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advisory and Assistance Support to the NC3 Enterprise Center.
• Oversee NC3 operations: maintain enterprise-wide visibility and assess risk.
• Develop and advocate future capabilities and prioritization for CJCS/DepSecDef.
