Job summary

Calvert Systems Engineering is seeking a COMPASS CALL Operational Support professional in Hampton, VA. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with up to 10% travel and potential remote eligibility.

You will lead the development, planning, and execution of EA-37B training programs, manage IQT/MT/CT training, and maintain master training materials while delivering data-driven readiness insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in USAF EC-130 and/or EA-37B COMPASS CALL aircrew or equivalent within last 8 years.
• 4 years USAF or equivalent Training program management experience, preferably in COMPASS CALL.
• 3 years in USAF HQ Staff environment at NAF/MAJCOM level with briefing & staff coordination exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership in development and implementation of EA-37B COMPASS CALL training programs to ensure alignment with Air Force standards.
• Oversee EA-37B Ready Aircrew Program, PFT, and FTU IQT programs ensuring compliance with directives.
• Maintain Master Training Lists for IQT/MQT/RQT/CT, syllabi, and courseware using ISD practices.
• Coordinate EA-37B aircrew syllabi for IQT/MQT/RQT/CT and conduct annual reviews with risk mitigation.
• Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and provide quarterly leadership reports.
