Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Air C2 Systems Maintainer Engineer to support the U.S. Marine Corps MCTSSA at Camp Pendleton.

The role provides SME guidance on CAC2S, aviation C4I, and CTN, ensuring readiness and interoperability across garrison and field operations. You will configure, troubleshoot, and sustain CAC2S components, CTN nodes, and data links, coordinate with government engineers, and support system fielding and upgrades in dynamic environments with active SECRET

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Hands-on experience with CAC2S, aviation C2 systems, or similar C4I platforms.
• Working knowledge of CTN architecture, data-link operations, or sensor-fusion networks.
• Strong background in system setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and sustainment.
• Ability to support units in dynamic environments, including field exercises and deployments.
• Familiarity with USMC aviation operations, airspace management, or integrated fires preferred.

Responsibilities

• CAC2S Support - Set up, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CAC2S components.
• CTN Integration - Configure and sustain CTN nodes and data-link pathways.
• Diagnostics - Conduct system diagnostics, fault isolation, and corrective maintenance.
• Validate interoperability between CAC2S, CTN, and other aviation C2 systems.
• Assist unit personnel with system employment, configuration management, and procedures.
• Coordinate with government engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Support fielding, upgrades, and capability insertion for Air C2 systems.
