Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waco, Texas is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead design of aircraft systems integration, avionics upgrades, and power distribution for military aircraft programs.

You will perform electrical interface design, test planning and verification, coordinate with engineering teams, and mentor junior staff. Expect travel, overtime, and the possibility of security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Graduate Degree and 7+ years of related experience if degree is present.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical engineering solutions for aircraft systems integration.
• Plan and verify electrical tests for lab and aircraft environments.
• Coordinate with design teams and mentor junior EE staff.
• Work overtime and travel as required; potential security clearance tasks.
