SAIC's Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at Boeing ATCT (BFI) in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced, full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor to deliver top-tier classroom and simulation training for FAA trainees.

The role requires US citizenship, FAA CPC certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will mentor students and participate in curriculum design, ensuring training aligns with FAA standards.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC experience at the same type and level of ATC facility.
• Strong knowledge of ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures.
• Ability to obtain radar and/or non-radar simulation laboratory certifications at FAA facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and/or simulation training to a wide variety of students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO) and contribute to curriculum design.
• Support curriculum development and training program delivery for FAA ATC facilities.
• Collaborate with FAA personnel to ensure training meets facility and FAA mission requirements.
