Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced, full-time Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the Controller Training Solutions team at MSP. The role supports FAA training services and requires hands-on classroom and/or simulation instruction.

Candidates bring FAA CPC experience, a CPC certification, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; teaching skills and certifications such as Instructor-II are valued. The position emphasizes mentoring, curriculum design, and certification attainment for radar

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Five years FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic at MSP or equivalent
• Experience mentoring students and curriculum design
• Ability to obtain radar and/or non-radar simulation lab certifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality classroom and/or simulation training to a diverse student body
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO)
• Participate in curriculum design and development
• Support training needs to align with FAA mission and local facility requirements
