Job summary

JT4, LLC in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Lead III to support the NTTR/DO with aircrew test and training operations, planning, direction, and execution. This role interfaces with government agencies to ensure flight safety and range performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher, 10 years of relevant experience, strong program management and systems engineering knowledge, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI/SAP clearance and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 10 years in technically demanding program or project assignments.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals and systems engineering processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist NTTR/DO with planning, direction, and execution of aircrew test and training operations.
• Interface with Government agencies as required for range management and flight safety.
• Lead small to medium projects and manage budgets, schedules and risks.
• Recruit and hire technical personnel as needed and ensure compliance with policies.
