Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract.

The Project Lead II role focuses on leading small projects, coordinating with PMs, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and PMP or CAPM within one year, with possible travel and security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• PMP or CAPM certification within 1 year of employment.
• Experience in resource organization, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects of low to medium complexity, supporting requirements.
• Assist PMs with daily project activities, prioritization, and budgeting.
• Maintain project portfolio and report status through reviews.
• Manage project risk and adapt plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with government processes and safety, and apply lessons learned.
• May recruit technical personnel to meet project needs.
