Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience in technically demanding projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects of low to medium complexity.
• Develop, review, and approve project documentation.
• Maintain project portfolio, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor risk and re-plan as needed; provide status updates.
• Recruit and onboard technical personnel as needed.
