NYC Department of Environmental Protection is seeking a meticulous Principal Administrative Associate to perform clerical duties, manage databases such as CATS, CRM, DOS, and FMS, and support daily operations in a high-volume environment.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with experience in MS Office and database navigation. NYC residency may apply, with a 8:00am–4:00pm schedule.

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) enriches the environment and protects public health for all New Yorkers by providing 1.1 billion gallons of high-quality drinking water, managing wastewater and stormwater, and reducing air, noise, and hazardous materials pollution.
DEP is the largest combined municipal and wastewater utility in the country, with nearly 6,000 employees. DEP's water supply system is comprised of 19 reservoirs and 3 controlled lakes throughout the system’s 2,000 square mile watershed that extends 125 miles north and west of the city.
Under the direction of the deputy director, with wide latitude for independent judgement, the candidate will be responsible to perform detail-oriented administrative work utilizing several databases including CATS (Clean Air Tracking System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, Department of State (DOS) database and FMS (Fiscal Management System).

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as proficiency in excel, word, outlook along with the ability to work in a team setting and meeting goals in a timely efficient manner.
