Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically has a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience of creating and submitting NSR air permit applications in Texas for refinery or chemical manufacturing facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Non-Attainment NSR, Dispersion Modeling, PSD, Netting and understanding of TCEQ air permit process.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with a regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining air permits for a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Prepare and submit applications for permits and amendments.
• Work with EUC and technical engineers to ensure new air permit requirements are achievable.
