Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 10+ years plant experience in regulatory compliance and environmental permitting.
• 5-7 years managing air programs in petrochemical or refinery facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead air regulatory compliance for the BMC site and interface with EPA/TCEQ.
• Maintain and improve environmental permits, data collection, auditing and reporting.
• Develop and maintain SMS elements and ESG reporting support for the site.
• Provide technical guidance on air programs (CEMS, PEMS, HRVOC, MON, LDAR, etc.) and regulatory interpretations.
