Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking an experienced Air and Ocean Export Manager to lead the export department, develop the operational team, and drive service, compliance, profitability and growth.

The role oversees air and ocean shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring performance, pricing, and customer satisfaction across global carriers and overseas offices.

Qualifications

• Strong air and ocean export freight-forwarding experience.
• Operational management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of AES filings, export documentation and carrier processes.
• Commercially aware with experience managing departmental performance.
• Leadership, negotiation and customer-management skills.
• IATA, FIATA or Dangerous Goods certification is preferred.
