Our German client seeks a technical engineering lead for North America to partner with customers and OEMs, developing airflow solutions and expanding business in Data Center Cooling, agriculture, carwash, and HVAC OEM sectors.

You will collaborate with global Product Management and Development to align customer needs with a standardized product portfolio, bridging engineering with market insights.

Formación

• Mechanical Engineering background; MBA a plus.
• 5-10+ years experience in metal fabrication-related industries (HVAC, industrial, agriculture, or data centers).
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with global stakeholders.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to interface between customers, sales, operations, and engineering.
• Experience in application engineering and cross-functional product collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical engineering interface for customers and OEM partners in North America.
• Support projects from inquiry through production release including design-in and design-win phases.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities across segments and partners.
• Translate customer and market requirements into inputs for global product development.
• Support product launches with market validation, pilots, and regional commercialization.
• Develop and deliver technical sales and marketing materials for go-to-market execution.
