Multi-Wing America, Inc. seeks a Data Center Engineer / Project Coordinator to support strategic data center programs and customer projects across global engineering and manufacturing sites.

The role blends application engineering with project coordination, translating customer needs into engineering briefs and leading cross-functional reviews. You will manage NA project portfolio, prototype schedules, and coordinate global prototype builds, testing, and shipments, while supporting PMO standards

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering.
• 2+ years in application, project or NPI engineering in HVACR, air-moving equipment, motors/drives, or similar OEM component business.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of fan performance, motor systems and AMCA / ISO standards.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Project (or equivalent), ERP/PLM, and basic CAD review.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse RFQs and customer specifications for data centers.
• Select and specify fan solutions, operating points, acoustics and efficiency targets.
• Review technical proposals, performance data and drawings.
• Provide technical and pricing inputs and support design reviews, site visits and FATs.
• Act as first-line technical support and coordinate root-cause analysis for field issues.
• Manage the North America project portfolio and prototype schedule.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering briefs and coordinate design reviews.
• Coordinate prototype builds, testing and shipments with global facilities.
• Support industrialisation activities (tooling, BOM release, PPAP, ramp-up).
• Run weekly cross-functional project meetings and track actions to closure.

We are looking for a Data Center Engineer / Project Coordinator to support strategic data center programs and key customer projects across our global engineering and manufacturing sites.

Role Overview

You will combine application engineering with project coordination:

Application Engineering – Global Data Centers

• Analyse RFQs and customer specifications for data centers
• Select and specify fan solutions, operating points, acoustics and efficiency targets
• Review technical proposals, performance data and drawings
• Provide technical and pricing inputs and support design reviews, site visits and FATs
• Act as first-line technical support and coordinate root-cause analysis for field issues
• Manage the North America project portfolio and prototype schedule
• Translate customer requirements into engineering briefs and coordinate design reviews
• Coordinate prototype builds, testing and shipments with global facilities
• Support industrialisation activities (tooling, BOM release, PPAP, ramp-up)
• Run weekly cross-functional project meetings and track actions to closure

You will also maintain project and pipeline dashboards, support intake and reporting, and act as a day-to-day technical counterpart to sales engineers and key account managers worldwide.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering
• 2+ years in application, project or NPI engineering in HVACR, air-moving equipment, motors/drives, or similar OEM component business
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple sites
• Working knowledge of fan performance, motor systems and AMCA / ISO standards
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Project (or equivalent), ERP/PLM, and basic CAD review

Preferred

• Experience with data center thermal management customers
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience with PPAP / APQP
• Spanish and/or Italian language skills
