Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PM certification or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project management in manufacturing/engineering env.
• 3+ years leading New Product Development projects.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gate product development processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Project Manager - New Product Development (Air Cooling)

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and launch of new air cooling products supporting data center, AI, and mission-critical infrastructure markets. This role owns projects from concept through commercialization, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD programs from concept through product launch.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive stage-gate development processes and project governance.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management teams.
• Provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM), quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
