Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a technically skilled engineer to provide startup, commissioning, and ongoing product support for our positive displacement blowers, turbo blowers, and drives.

You will work with service managers, technicians, customers, and engineering to ensure correct commissioning and successful product lifecycle. Travel to customer sites as needed; develop engineering solutions, perform root-cause analysis, prepare reports, and create training for on-site and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with instrumentation and controls as a system integrator.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during startup, commissioning, and product lifecycle.
• Lead complex technical issue resolution with field and service teams.
• Travel to customer sites as required for critical opportunities.
• Create and maintain technical documents and reports.
• Interface with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
