You will work with the client and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and follow‑through across operations.

Qualifications

• Balancing hands-on warehouse work with client interaction.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related roles.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Identify problems, investigate discrepancies, determine next steps.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with warehouse, inventory, and ticketing systems.
• Work independently after training.
• Operate a pallet jack.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods or Restricted Articles preferred.
• Flexible to support changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, inventory, and securely store incoming equipment and assets.
• Process outbound shipments to branch locations, data centers, and users.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
• Prepare equipment for deployment, storage, shipment, disposal, or destruction.
• Maintain chain‑of‑custody for sensitive equipment.
• Pack, label, stage, load, relocate, and ship equipment.
• Coordinate with couriers, carriers, client representatives, and internal teams.
• Investigate discrepancies before they affect customers.
• Escalate damaged freight or missing inventory as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and secure workspace.
