Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Air Logistics Safety - Training Manager with advanced experience in aviation and warehousing safety. You will lead comprehensive safety, security, and training programs across warehouse and ramp operations to meet corporate, airline, customer, and regulatory requirements while maintaining efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in aviation/warehousing operations.
• 5+ years ramp safety experience.
• 5+ years in loss prevention, law enforcement, or related field.
• 3+ years in disability management/workers’ comp.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, injury management, ergonomics.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Data-driven mindset with SMS experience.
• Strategic, proactive, hands-on leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, security, and training programs across warehouse and ramp operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, airline requirements, customers, and regs (FAA, TSA, OSHA).
• Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Train station managers and supervisors on safety practices and incident prevention.
• Oversee training schedules, new hire onboarding, and recurrent training.
• Manage training facilities and instructional staff.
• Serve as key contact for on-duty injury follow-ups and return-to-work processes.
• Conduct routine physical security audits and investigations into policy breaches.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and strategic injury-prevention projects.
• Foster a safety-first culture across the organization.
