Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Training Administrator to manage and maintain airline training programs across passenger, cargo, and ground handling operations. You will be the primary LMS support resource for all business lines, ensuring records are current and compliant.

You will collaborate with regional managers, conduct trainings, and assist with special projects while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Two years or equivalent experience in airline ground handling/cargo safety, security, or training is expected.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field managers and station trainers to ensure training is delivered.
• Monitor training compliance and records for all locations.
• Verify completion of mandated training across stations and update reports.
• Support LMS users and provide timely training assistance.
• Assist with daily and weekly inspections and LMS-related tasks.
