Job summary

Amazon Air is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will develop actionable plans balancing cost, speed, and service, and work to standardize operations across the network.

This role is based in Fort Worth, TX, with a safety-sensitive environment requiring drug screening. You will lead labor standards development, modeling, and projects from conception to completion, interacting with Senior and Regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field required.
• Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations tools.
• Experience managing multiple large projects.
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop labor standards through work measurement.
• Create planning models to support sort and ramp operations.
• Manage projects from conception to completion.
• Lead project meetings with Senior and Regional leaders.
• Assess and optimize facility processes and equipment.
