Job summary

Amazon Air is seeking a Process Engineer to lead standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution at the Lakeland office. You will drive process stabilization, benchmarking, and cost-performance balance to deliver value for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include developing standard work, collecting performance data, and coordinating with ACES and Process Engineering teams to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple large projects.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineering tools.
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.
• Experience with automation, analytics, or financial modeling for forecasting and problem solving.
• Technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard work, benchmarking, and auditing capability.
• Collect, consolidate, and report on performance to Operations Integrations teams.
• Program manage large-scale projects with ACES and Process Engineering teams to manage timelines and implementation of change.
• Work with internal customers/partners to identify network capacity and constraints.
• Collect and interpret operating cost data.
• Review proposals for new equipment and services.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple databases (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Participate in long-term planning and modeling sessions.
• Travel up to 25%.
