Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing large projects (2+ years) in logistics or operations.
• Strong skills in Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard work, benchmarking, and auditing capabilities.
• Collect, consolidate, and report performance data to Operations Integrations teams.
• Program manage large projects with ACES and Process Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify network capacity constraints.
• Analyze operating cost data and review equipment/service proposals.
• Pull and report data from databases using Excel, Access, SQL or similar tools.
• Participate in long-term planning and modeling sessions.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
