Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience within Air Logistics, Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, or International Transportation.
• Strong experience managing international Import/Export air freight operations.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex, high-value, time-sensitive shipments.
• Experience with semiconductor, electronics, technology, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex air import and export shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for high-value, mission-critical air freight.
• Coordinate shipments involving oversized, temperature-sensitive, or complex cargo.
• Maintain proactive shipment visibility and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with airlines, trucking providers, warehouses, customs, and overseas offices.
• Support implementation of new customer business and specialized logistics programs.
