Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Gateway Agent in Torrance, CA to manage timely air export freight through MAWB consolidations and ATA processes. You will coordinate with air export teams, handle documentation, and arrange carrier bookings while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare, handle and process documentation for air export consolidations.
• Coordinate with regional air export teams and arrange carrier bookings.
• Monitor KPI targets and ensure timely processing and delivery to airports.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Update reporting tools daily and support pricing team with rate quotes.
• Communicate proactively with warehouse and dispatch crews during consolidations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in department processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
