Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the United States seeks a Customer Care Manager to lead and develop national or local Customer Care teams, delivering exceptional experiences, driving retention and growth, and maximizing profitability across all interactions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and other stakeholders to ensure proactive service delivery, strong relationships, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of Freight Forwarding experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional service, retention, growth, and profitability.
• Drive customer ownership strategies and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Manage customer portfolios based on size and service requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Revenue Care, Pricing, Procurement, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer solutions.
