Responsibilities

• Track cargo arrival and update milestones in the Freight Management System.
• Process high-volume import transactions including booking, billing, classifications, and releases as appropriate.
• Ensure shipping documents match shipments and obtain carrier documentation.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and offices to respond quickly to needs.
• Issue delivery orders and manage inbound moves, ITs, and permits as required.
• Verify carrier invoices against documentation before payment.
