Responsibilities

• Coordinate Operations with Airfreight Imports.
• Process import air documents and register shipments.
• Communicate automation details to subcontractors for customs reporting.
• Monitor clearance and delivery within free storage/holding times.
• Invoicing and collection of correct charges.
• Authorize delivery of air freight.
• Coordinate cargo collection with subcontractors and trucking.
• Follow up on delivery with truckers.
• Maintain records and support financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance and cost control.
