Job summary

Röhlig is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to join the Air and Ocean Import team in Irving, TX. You will manage international shipments, process documents, and coordinate with subcontractors and truckers to ensure timely delivery and customs reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations with Air & Sea freight imports.
• Process import air and sea documents including shipment registration.
• Communicate automation details to subcontractors for reporting to customs.
• Monitor clearance and delivery of cargo within free storage/holding times.
• Check for special instructions on documents; invoice and collect charges.
• Authorize delivery of air and sea freight; coordinate with truckers.
• Monitor availability and ensure timely cargo pickup and reporting to customs.
