Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd is assisting a Houston-based logistics team in finding an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join their fast-paced operation.

You will manage air import shipments from A–Z, coordinate customs clearance and documentation, and liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, and overseas agents. The role requires 1–2+ years of airfreight import experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' airfreight import experience.
• Strong knowledge of air import operations and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with AWBs, Incoterms, and IATA regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
