The role offers exposure to high‑impact projects and a collaborative environment, with relocation or commuting to York, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program support, or engineering.
• Experience supporting schedules, tracking action items, facilitating project meetings, and maintaining project plans or related documentation.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional team members to support execution of project activities.
• US citizen and/or Permanent Resident of the US.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned new product development sub-projects and workstreams through Johnson Controls’ stage-gate development process.
• Coordinate project activities to deliver scope within quality, performance, and schedule targets.
• Assist with development of execution plans, schedules, and resource needs with functional teams.
• Track dependencies, action items, and key dates and escalate concerns when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on deliverables and timelines.
