Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Project Manager for the Air Handler Product Business Unit, based in York, PA, within commuting distance or able to relocate. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering, 1+ years of project coordination or management experience, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and plan/work-management software.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program support.
• Experience with schedule management and action item tracking.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• U.S. citizen and/or Permanent Resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new product development sub-projects through stage-gate process to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations for workstreams.
• Track dependencies, action items, and key dates; raise escalations when necessary.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial Operations.
• Facilitate communication, meeting follow-ups, and coordination to support project execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and communicate status via dashboards and meetings.
• Maintain and update project documentation, progress reports, and executive dashboards.
