Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Air Gateway Agent to coordinate pre-bookings, pricing, and B2B shipments across US and overseas stations. You will work with CargoWise to schedule, track, and report cargo movements, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

The role requires at least three years in the transportation industry, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of transportation industry experience in export/import operations.
• Proficiency with CargoWise and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with TSA, ITAR or Dangerous Goods regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Console pre-bookings and post on CargoWise.
• Obtain and maintain scheduled console rates and book B2B requests.
• Coordinate pricing requests from carriers and stations.
• Report cargo received to relevant stations and teams.
• Process MAWBs, consoles and B2B with approvals from destination agents.
• Assist with pre-screening once CCSF runs and monitor timely handling.
• Transfer consoles and MAWBs to airlines; upload milestone compliances.
• Ensure inbound shipments clear with Customs within required timelines.
