Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate, book, and monitor air freight shipments from initiation through delivery.
• Enter and organize daily flight schedules and operational assignments.
• Assign routes and scheduled jobs to drivers to maximize efficiency and on-time performance.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, alerts, and status changes proactively.
• Escalate operational issues and service concerns to leadership as needed.
• Prepare and maintain weekly operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Troubleshoot airline and shipment issues, making real-time adjustments when necessary.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.
