Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales within forwarding; AFR experience preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong rapport-building and customer relationship skills; regular off-site meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong negotiation skills.
• Urge to achieve goals; adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers; assess needs and match with services.
• Seek opportunities for profitable sales on new and existing accounts; propose rate structures.
• Pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs.
• Manage an assigned territory with knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Foster relationships with customers and regional resources.
• Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and assist with paperwork; AR support as needed.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends.
