Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Freight Forwarding specialist responsible for coordinating air export shipments, preparing customs paperwork, and communicating updates to customers. You will work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in freight forwarding or logistics. This position is based in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers on status.
• Manage relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
