Qualifications

0–2 years of sales experience in the forwarding industry; air freight selling experience required.
Proficient with CRM and MS Office.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet with customers off-site regularly.
Strong hunter sales mentality and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact prospective customers and assess needs.
Present rate structures and service options to prospects and existing accounts.
Pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs.
Manage assigned territory with knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
Foster relationships with customers and collaborate with regional resources.
Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and assist with paperwork; AR if needed.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends.
