Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a Program Manager to own delivery of a technical and analytic support services portfolio for Department of the Air Force acquisition organizations. You will be the single point of accountability for program management, IT modernization, enterprise architecture, and acquisition support, interfacing with government contracting teams.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, quality standards, and client communications, author core artifacts, and coordinate travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-project technical or advisory engagements.
• Master's degree in business or engineering.
• PMP certification, current and in good standing.
• Active Secret clearance (interim Secret ok with approval).
• Able to work from a contractor facility near Arlington, VA with travel.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across all engagement work streams and staffing.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing to meet requirements.
• Set and enforce quality standards across a distributed team.
• Be primary government point of contact and respond within 24 hours.
• Create and maintain project artifacts and transition plans.
• Coordinate travel approvals, including short-notice requests.
