Job summary

DCS Corp in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/ES. This full-time role is located at Hanscom AFB, MA, and focuses on acquisition and program management across the lifecycle, coordinating Government Program Managers and IPTs.

You will develop and review acquisition documentation, manage cost, schedule, and performance, monitor risk, and provide senior leadership with concise briefings and reports to enable timely fielding of capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of DoD program experience, or 15+ years with 8+ years DoD exposure.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience across the acquisition lifecycle and program management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Program Managers and IPT Leads to maintain acquisition battle rhythm and deliver operational capability.
• Develop and review Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans, and milestone packages.
• Assist with preparation and review of acquisition reports including DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs, and other regulatory documentation.
• Support risk management activities including identification, analysis, and tracking of risks.
• Prepare briefings, schedules, status reports, and graphics for senior leadership.
• Coordinate source selection activities and development of evaluation criteria, RFPs, and SOWs.
