Qualifications

• Prior experience in air export operations; freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with TSA regulations and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer air export shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate with airlines, agents, and customers to track and manage freight.
• Ensure adherence to TSA regulations and maintain security compliance for air cargo.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare export documentation (AWBs, HAWBs, invoices, etc.).
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Support the team with other logistics tasks as needed.
