Responsibilities

• Oversee daily air export operations, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently from booking through to final destination.
• Lead, coach, and develop the air export team, promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage airline relationships, capacity, routing, and freight rates to optimize service and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, TSA requirements, and applicable customs and security procedures.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve operational issues, and proactively manage service exceptions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and other logistics partners.
• Manage departmental KPIs, operational performance, and cost control.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to deliver tailored freight solutions and exceptional customer service.
