Job summary

Expeditors in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Air Export Manager to oversee quotation processing, workload balancing, and KPI reporting. You will partner with the Lead Agent to ensure accurate billing, on-time shipments, and compliant trade practices in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Customer service experience in logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Review and support day-to-day quotations and oversee quote delegation.
• Support daily workload and move shipments as needed.
• Monitor local charges and agreements to minimize branch losses.
• Oversee air export operations including Breakbulk and Gateway processes.
• Lead with performance tracking and PDP development for staff.
