Job summary

Staffmark Group in Eagan, MN is hiring an Air Export Operations Agent. You will coordinate international air export shipments from booking through departure, prepare and process air export documentation, schedule cargo pickups, and monitor shipments to provide updates to customers and internal teams.

You will ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and carrier requirements. Education: high school diploma preferred; forklift experience required; proficient with Outlook and Excel.

• Resolve shipment issues and support on-time departures.
• Review shipment costs and assist with billing processes.
• Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse handling as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Air Export Operations Agent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, airlines, and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer-based operating systems.
• Ability to learn transportation regulations, documentation requirements, and internal operating procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
